Is a registered physical planner and, a corporate member of Town and County Planner’s Association of Kenya (TCPAK). He holds a degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Nairobi, Kenya. In addition, he has Master of Science degree (MSc) in Urban Management and Development with specialization track in Urban Housing, Equity and Social Justice from the Institute of Housing and Urban Development Studies (IHS) of Erasmus University Rottterdam, the Netherlands. He has certificates in GIS for Urban Planning from Esri Eastern Africa and Oaker Services Limited.
Currently, he works with County Government of Homa Bay as a Principal Physical Planner in charge of Homa Bay Municipality.
Fredrick is a resilient new age Urban Planner with immense passion in new innovative ways of solving urban development, planning, housing and climate change-related challenges.
