He has over 15 years of experience in sustainability issues that range from Urban Agriculture, Climate Change and Global Warming, Housing, Urban Transportation, Environmental Management, Urban Design and City Dynamics, Urban Governance, Planning Law and Policy and Research.
Maina has done research for NGOs (UNHCR an NCCK at Kakuma Refugee Camp), consulted for Regional bodies (Konza Techno City’s Master Plan), County Governments (Kiambu, Tharaka Nithi and Homa Bay Counties) National Government and /individual entities.
