He is a transport/infrastructure lecturer at the University of Nairobi, Faculty of the Built Environment and Design
He has working experience in the public and private sectors, academia/research and runs a consultancy firm – Kenmt Bill Engineers and Planners (now Kent Bill Ltd). He has handled several multi-disciplinary and multi-agency projects funded by the private sector, World Bank and African Development Bank.
